No. I am considered an out-of-network provider.
I can provide a superbill for you to file to insurance on your own. Most insurance plans will have some benefits for seeing a therapist out of network, while others may only allow what you pay to be applied toward your deductible. Please check with your insurance company to understand your reimbursement rates and rules.

I see older kids/pre-teens, ages 12 through adult.
Currently, I only work during school hours, but I can provide a school excuse note for each appointment.

There is no way for me to estimate an answer that question accurately without meeting with you first, however, the more complex the goals and issues, the longer therapy generally takes. With the use of EMDR, we can sometimes see treatment accelerated faster than talk therapy alone. Some people’s goals can be met in a few months while other clients require years to achieve the goals and maintain change.

I only see individuals. I can provide you referrals to a couples counselor to work with while we do individual work.
