I can provide a superbill for you to file to insurance on your own. There is no way for me to estimate an answer that question accurately without meeting with you first, however, the more complex the goals and issues, the longer therapy generally takes. With the use of EMDR, we can sometimes see treatment accelerated faster than talk therapy alone. Some people’s goals can be met in a few months while other clients require years to achieve the goals and maintain change.
