K. Ashley Hoffman, MEd, LPC

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She strives to foster therapeutic relationships hallmarked by understanding and acceptance. Her Christian faith allows that perspective to be integrated into therapy, upon client request. Ashley has also completed advanced training in EMDR by EMDRIA-approved trainers.

Ashley graduated from The University of North Texas in Denton with a master’s degree in counseling, and has more than a decade of experience with counseling individuals and groups. Her career began as a high school teacher for a decade. After getting her training in counseling, she worked as a school counselor and later transitioned to private practice.

She enjoys working with tweens through adults. Ashley can counsel via telehealth or in-person.

Having lived in several areas of the US, Ashley now calls Texas her home. She resides in the Frisco area with her family and their two rescue dogs.

Her therapeutic expertise includes life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, women’s issues, adolescent issues, infertility, issues surrounding motherhood, and issues surrounding singleness.
